“Che ! You ate a lot but didn’t even get fat
and maintain thin like a piece of paper!!”
“You like to eat foods that can easily gain
weight but why there is no change?? You still thin like a piece of paper, Che”
“You managed to finish many foods at one time
but when will you get fat Che! I’m stressed looking at you”
I heard this sentence for million times and I
always wonder why they are comparing me with the paper? What are our
similarities? Me? Paper? Do we look alike? Okay just drop the subject guys
cause I know that we are not related at all and they tend to be too hyperbola
in making comparison, am I right?? *please nod your head!*
But…. one
important fact that you guys should know is I’m also not satisfy with my weight that
was never gain or lose since I was 17! Is it 17? I think it is before 17 but
I’m not really sure the exact one. Hey of course I will put the blame on the
weighing scales every times because they had cheated me for almost 2 years or
more. How could there is no change for a long time and for sure I’m desperately
want an ideal body weight like you, you, you and you! L
Maybe some of you are saying that I’m on diet
or eating too little or do not eat at all and you are actually do not know
about my passion towards foods. I ate a lot for several times in a day and
about 90% of my money spent on the foods only plus I prefer eating western
foods, fast foods and anything except rice. But sometimes I also need to eat
rice as it is our staple food and my parents will scold me if they knew that
I’m not eating the rice at least once per day. I am also would never say no
when it comes to something related to foods and I might cry when eating super-duper
scrumptious foods! *too dramatic for you but that is the fact*
Eating those
kind of foods is like a therapy for me when I stressed over a lot of Biology
notes to be memorized, too much assignments need to submitted within a week or
other problems as well.
After eating those kinds of foods, sometimes I
will jog or do something that makes me sweat to ensure my body is in a good
condition instead of eating without carrying out any healthy lifestyle. It will
make me feel better to eat them again and again. Eat, jog, eat, jog, eat and
jog again J
But actually, I rarely jog and if I do so maybe only once per month (haha) Quite worst for you but good enough for me. I do not jog to get slimmer but I jog to get healthier. However,
the secret of this thin body is actually inherited from my mom’s family who has
the same type of body, skinny just like me. So, it is not because of eating
habits at all and I think there is nothing to be jealous because this is not an
ideal one that every woman dreamed of. Come on guys…...
For me, the sentences that I got a lot about my
“monster eating habit” and “maintain thin body” are actually not suits me at
all if you know the truth and story behind them. So, my advice is please being
grateful with whatever that you have because maybe the thing that you have is
actually the thing that people want the most. Do appreciate before you lose
them J
